It's late and I don't want to make this lengthy but I did want to pass along this interesting tidbit. The Astros are said to be another team looking to cut costs and are also reportedly unhappy with Lance Berkman's performance for what he cost.
If somehow they made him available I think he would be a great addition at 1B, I completed a full post on Berkman and the Houston situation Here.
